Budapest Card is a discount card for tourists, which is valid for 48 or 72 hours, and which offers more than 150 different discounts for visitors to Budapest.
Budapest Card can be used by an adult and a child up to 14 years travelling together. It is for personal use and it is not transferable. The card is valid for 48/72 hours following the time and date stamped on it. It can be used for travelling within the administrative boundaries of Budapest.
Basic condition of using the card is that the starting time and date has to be indicated on them as well as the signature of the holder. A colourful flyer with information in four languages and a booklet about the insurance conditions are enclosed to the card, without these, the sale of Budapest Card is permitted.
